Testimonials

Why Work With Amber

“We recently got to experience a Slow Flow yoga session with Amber at a beautiful outdoor location. She was the most patient teacher, especially considering that individuals in our group had varying yoga experiences from several months to none at all. The way she explained how to get the most out of each movement and how to find the right position for one’s individual body and capability was just fantastic. I had no yoga experience prior to this and I am so happy that my first attempt at it was with Amber. And the most experienced among us felt that she was an amazing teacher, as well! I highly recommend doing yoga with Amber.”

-Danielle D.

“I took a private lesson with Amber, and she immediately noticed that I wasn’t properly aligning my hands/wrists/shoulders in Downward Facing Dog. She also taught me to have my feet closer to me to decrease the load on my shoulders. I’ve been practicing her recommendations and have no more pain in my shoulders when I practice this pose! I’m so grateful for the time and attention Amber devoted to helping me correct this pose, so I can practice without pain. Amber is a lovely teacher, with caring and kind energy. I highly recommend her restorative and slow flow classes, as well as private lessons!”

– Monica A.

“After my first personal session with Amber my body felt so good!  Because of her guidance and personal assisting I highly recommend working with her.”

—   Barbara B.

“My personal yoga session with Amber was just what my body needed! I told her what parts of my body needed to be stretched, then she worked with me on some great postures for flexibility and tension relief. Amber makes you feel incredibly comfortable during her sessions with her calming nature and choice of yoga positions, custom to what you need. She cares, and wants you to enjoy your journey with yoga!”

– Jordan C.

“Amber is a phenomenal yoga instructor! Her light shines so brightly and her classes are fun and a great yoga workout. I’ve recently shared space with her at Arise retreat at Arise Farm and she is incredible at holding space and instructing various levels of yoga 🙏🏽 Thank you, Amber”
