In-Person Classes

Flow with Intention + Sangha –  2 Saturdays a month 11 am – 12:30 pm

Join me at the all-inclusive Axis Yoga Studio for a unique way to deepen your yoga journey, moving beyond the physical postures to explore the true heart of the practice. After our asana flow practice and over a warm cup of tea, you’ll have an open platform to relax, share insights about what arose during practice, and exchange ideas on how integrating your intention into everyday life can bridge the gap between the mat and the world at large. Turning insights into action and fostering a supportive community, together, we’ll find deeper meaning in our practice and take steps toward a more intentional lifestyle. 

Meditative Movement – Tuesday evenings  6pm – 7pm

This slow moving class provides a space to relax at the end of the day. Providing just enough stretch and flow to work out any kinks with a few restorative shapes sprinkled in, you’ll be grateful to meet yourself on the mat.

Online Classes

Gentle Hatha Yoga Flow – Thursdays – 10 am EST

Join me in the comfort of your own home with these pay-what-you-can classes offered through Q Wellness Online Yoga Studio on Zoom.

If you’re over 50 and you find that stretching, strengthening, and balancing have become non-negotiables for your well-being, this class is for you. I choose quality over speed, giving you the space to recruit the right muscles and find your center in every pose, no matter how your body is showing up for you at the moment. I utilize both floor and standing positions, but transitions are intentional and few, offering cues to allow you to move without rushing. This class offers the grace and the tools to help you connect with a body and mind that moves and feels significantly better.

Our community-based classes are pay-what-you-can / suggested $10 donation.
