Gentle Hatha Yoga – Every other Tuesday & each Thursday – 10 am EST
This is a 55-minute slow-moving class with gentle guidance and reflection with both standing and seated postures. Basic props such as a mat, two blocks, and a yoga strap are suggested. A chair could be useful to have nearby if you feel your balance could use a hand.
Our community-based classes are pay-what-you-can / suggested $10 donation or sign up for a monthly donation plan.
In-Person Classes
Join me at the beautiful and historic home of The Yoga & Body Collective.
Flow with Intention – Saturday morning 10:30 – 11:30 EST – This Level 1/Level 2 Slow Flow Hatha Yoga class combines intention setting and a grounding practice with slower movements designed to help you build strength, coordination, balance, and a deeper mind/body relationship so you can feel confident on and off your mat. This is also a nice class for students who want to take a break from a faster Vinyasa Flow to check in with their bodies at a mindful, slower pace. Mats, blocks, and bolsters are provided – bring a blanket or pad for knee comfort if desired.
