You Already Know. It’s Time to Tune in and Trust.
The Blue Ridge Mountains have been holding space for people for longer than most of us can fathom. They are ancient and hold great wisdom for those who seek to immerse themselves in that energy. There’s a reason women have always gone to places like this when remembering their soul’s purpose feels like a deeper calling.
Living Intuitively is a one-day retreat (with an optional Friday evening stay) designed for women who are excited to explore their “hmmm, that was strange” moments, and learn how to trust them.
Each one of us has the power within to connect to higher messages. Too often we are told we’re “too sensitive” when in reality, we’re tuning in as we were meant to do all along! Every single one of us cam wired with these gifts. Being intuitive intuitive isn’t just for psychics and mediums.
You will spend the day opening your receptive channels, learning how you personally receive messages, and understanding their meanings.
Intuition is like a muscle. Living Intuitively is your workout plan.

Friday Evening – The Fire Circle (included with overnight stay)
The autumn equinox is one of the most powerful nights of the year to do this kind of work. It’s the moment when day and night sit in equal balance, and the season turns inward. We’ll use that energy intentionally.
Gathering around the fire is your opportunity to let go of the stories that have kept you from trusting what you know. The “I’m too sensitive” talk, the overthinking, the doubt that shows up every time your intuition tries to get your attention.
The equinox naturally supports letting go and fire absolves what needs to be surrendered.
This is also where we begin to root. Autumn asks us to go inward, and your intuitive work deepens when you’re grounded and present. Friday night is that settling – into the mountains, into the circle, into yourself, so that Saturday you’re open and ready to receive.
You will be held in sacred space. Come as you are.
When you wake on Saturday, enjoy a light breakfast before welcoming the day’s activities.
Saturday – The Intuitive Experience
Your day begins in the Wheel of Bliss Yurt. We’ll move through a gentle, opening, and reflective yoga + meditation practice designed to settle you into your body and quietly clear the channels. This isn’t a workout, it’s preparation.
From there we ease into the heart of the day where we’ll explore the specific ways you’re already receiving intuitive information. We’ll figure out exactly how they’re coming in and what that means for you personally.
Lunch will be served in the gorgeous Longhouse dining hall and is a hearty fall vegan feast – a full meal, sides, and snacks, coffee and tea available all day. Wander the wooded grounds, take a short hike, or sit with someone new. Take your time, this is built into the day on purpose.
The afternoon is where it all comes together. We take everything you’ve learned and put it into practice. Your bonus PDF of my book Wondering Inward will be your reference guide long after the retreat ends.
By closing circle at 6pm you will know your intuitive strengths, you’ll have actually used them, and you’ll be ready for more. You’ll leave thinking, “I can do this!”
The Wheel of Bliss House, Overnight Stay
Wheel of Bliss House sits on 68 acres of forested land just outside of Hot Springs, NC, secluded enough that the outside world genuinely falls away when you arrive.
Fresh mountain air, birdsong, and a nearby bubbling stream are your neighbors.
Inside you’ll find generous open spaces, a full kitchen to enjoy breakfast Saturday morning, and a beautiful altar room with sacred paintings and effigies from the Himalayas. Available for meditation and quiet contemplation. Outside there’s a large deck to kick back on and enjoy the view.
Accommodations are a mix of private rooms (Queen and Double Twin) and camp-style shared rooms with double and twin beds, some of them bunk. The mattresses and comforters are exceptionally comfortable. This is real rest, not roughing it.
Wheel of Bliss Grounds, Yurt, & Longhouse
In your free time during the retreat let yourself wander through the hiking trails. Visit the nearby stream and waterfall whenever you need a moment.
Inside the Longhouse we will break bread and create community over a delicious vegan meal lovingly prepared for this special occasion.
The yurt provides a wide-open space to weave intention through our yoga and meditation practices. It also serves as a safe space to practice, discuss, and rediscover your intutive Self.
