  • Private Hot Stone Restorative Classes

In these serene in-person sessions you will experience setting the “doing” mind free to move into a state of rest and digest, relaxing into pure calmness.

As you rest comfortably on the floor, I’ll offer gentle hands-on assists to melt away tension and invite deep relaxation. This gentle touch, combined with the soothing warmth of the stones and essential oils, will ground your energy so you can experience a profound sense of peaceful awareness.

I’m happy to come to your home, office, or vacation pad.

60 minutes – $60 pp minimum 2/3 people

90 minutes – $50 pp minimum 5 people

Required for this session per person are a yoga mat, 2 blankets, 1 big yoga bolster OR 1 or 2 thick pillows (bed or couch pillows are good), 2 yoga blocks OR thick books. I have a few blocks, blankets, & mats to share. We can discuss other options.

 

 Private Yoga Sessions & Special Occasions

In a private yoga session, Amber will take into consideration what your goals are at the moment and design a practice dedicated to helping you feel nourished. You’ll leave the session feeling energized or relaxed depending on your intention. Either way, your cup will be filled so you can get back to a life brimming with gratitude and joy. 

Private sessions can include but aren’t limited to:

  • Restorative Yoga / In-Person
      • 1:1 or up to 3 persons
      • Includes optional hands-on gentle assists
      • Practice is done on the ground using props such as blankets, pillows, bolsters, and blocks allowing your body and mind to quiet and heal on a cellular level
      • Peaceful, relaxing, and rejuvenating – clients say it’s better than a massage!
      • $75 an hour for one/$37 each additional person plus an additional 15 minutes* (EX: 1 person = 60 minutes, 2 person = 75 minutes, 3 people = 90 minutes)
  • Hatha Yoga Class / Zoom Online or In-Person 
      • 60-minute guided Hatha Yoga Flow with your considerations (abilities, experience, etc)
      • No hands-on assists
      • Breathwork & meditation can be included as well
      • $75 up to 4 persons/$10 each after 4* 
      • A limited number of mats/blocks can be provided
      • Great for wedding parties, family connection time, girlfriend getaways, and for businesses seeking a wellness practice to help their employees remain productive without the stress – I’ll come to you!* 

*For your convenience I can accommodate our practice on Whereby (online platform, nothing to download) or come to your home, business, or place of choice. Both personal sessions & group sessions will include a $20 travel fee if more than 10 miles away from my office in Waynesville, NC

Online Classes

Gentle Hatha Yoga Flow – Thursdays – 10 am EST

Join me in the comfort of your own home with these pay-what-you-can classes offered through Q Wellness Online Yoga Studio on Zoom.

If you’re over 50 and you find that stretching, strengthening, and balancing have become non-negotiables for your well-being, this class is for you. I choose quality over speed, giving you the space to recruit the right muscles and find your center in every pose, no matter how your body is showing up for you at the moment. I utilize both floor and standing positions, but transitions are intentional and few, offering cues to allow you to move without rushing. This class offers the grace and the tools to help you connect with a body and mind that moves and feels significantly better.

Our community-based classes are pay-what-you-can / suggested $10 donation.

 In-Person Classes

Flow with Intention + Sangha – Every Other Saturday (dates at the top of this page)  11 am – 12:30 pm

Join me at the all-inclusive Axis Yoga Studio for a unique way to deepen your yoga journey, moving beyond the physical postures to explore the true heart of the practice. After our asana flow practice and over a warm cup of tea, you’ll have an open platform to relax, share insights about what arose during practice, and exchange ideas on how integrating your intention into everyday life can bridge the gap between the mat and the world at large. Turning insights into action and fostering a supportive community, together, we’ll find deeper meaning in our practice and take steps toward a more intentional lifestyle. Sand dates are listed at the top of this page.
